We believe that we here at Waterfront Maine offer the finest premier office space in Midcoast Maine. Judging by our extremely low turnover rate – many, many businesses seem to agree. Thirty seven years ago, we purchased the historic Fort Andross / Cabot Mill Complex, a property that had become nearly vacant and boarded up. We proudly raised the flag, that had been down for so long, to signal to the Town of Brunswick that the mill complex was back in business. Since then, we have continually invested and re-invested in renovation and upgrades to improve the mill complex and make it a first-class business center.

You will find Waterfront Maine’s management and staff to be extremely friendly and accommodating. We’ve built, modified and maintained each studio, office and industrial space and work diligently with each and every tenant to ensure their comfort and success. Schedule a tour, come talk with us and see why so many business’s call this home.

As a transplant from the Boston area, and as a fine art dealer, I’m pleased to have found a gallery space at Fort Andross.  The history of the mill and its place in the development of the Brunswick/Topsham community intrigues me. I love the diversity, its mixed use of office space, artist’s studios, restaurants, and more.  For a city lover like me, it’s an oasis of urbanism in a small town community.  It’s a perfect showcase for the modern American and Italian art I feature.

Waterfront Maine treats their tenants like beloved family members by being extremely accommodating, gracious, and helpful. Anything we need help with from maintenance to a new space, WFME works fast to provide a solution. Maine State Music Theatre has really enjoyed renting various spaces at Fort Andross throughout the past 3 decades.

The Waterfront Maine management staff at Fort Andross is wonderful. They are always responsive and attendant to our needs, and a smiling face greeting us in the morning. The Fort Andross Waterfront Maine business community has a diverse offering of professional, artistic, non-profit, and now retail shops making it a destination stop for a variety of different patrons. Our transition from Maine Street Brunswick to Fort Andros was smooth and well received. Our new retail location was setup in advance suiting some of the special needs that a paint and home décor shop presets. We look forward to our continued relationship in 2017 with the Waterfront Maine staff.

Being a tenant in Ft. Andross as an artist has been one of the best choices that I’ve made for my career. It is an exciting incubator for countless businesses of all types and has enabled me to make fantastic connections both within the mill complex and in the larger community. Management has always been there if I’ve needed anything and shows a genuine interest in helping me succeed.

Fort Andross is the perfect location for our Healthcare practice for many reasons: great management, beautiful building, perfect location. Management really is just so attentive to our needs. They are courteous, extraordinarily kind and perhaps most importantly: always accessible and eager to advocate for our well being. The suite they built out for us exceeded our expectations in almost every way. For those who have had professional leases, you know how important kind and supportive management is. For those looking for their first professional business location, there simply is no better than here at the Mill with Tony, Sherrie, Dan et. al. supporting your success.
