- What is the turnover situation?
Space, when available is taken quickly. We are very proud to enjoy very low turnover. Management and staff work tirelessly to ensure that all tenants needs are met and that we over-deliver on our promise to provide an exceptional and friendly business environment.
- Do you offer month to month terms?
Generally, no- we do a minimum one-year lease.
- Can I sublet?
Yes, all leases have a sublet/assignment clause.
- How many parking spaces do I get?
To keep rent affordable, we offer reserved parking for a nominal fee. Other options are to park on the street or in the municipal lot.
- What are the hours of operation?
The official hours are 8am to 5pm. However, the building opens at 7am and is locked up around 8pm. Tenants do have keys to spaces and have after-hours access.
- What is the noise policy?
There is no noise clause in lease but lower level industrial space is located on the ground floor to keep the noise level to a minimum. Management is always there to ensure all tenants are happy.
- Do you have high speed internet?
Yes, we do. High speed internet options are available from: GWI fiber optic, Comcast Cable, FairPoint DSL
